After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Charleston Catholic, Poca was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 55-52 win over the Scott Skyhawks. This was a revenge game for the Dots: when they faced off against the Skyhawks back in December of 2025, they had to take a 75-44 defeat.
Despite the loss, Scott still got an impressive performance from Colin Williamson, who shot 42% from the field on his way to 26 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jace Watts, who posted seven points and six boards.
Poca's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Scott, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.
