Lighthouse Private Christian Academy has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will square off against The Sneads Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lighthouse Private Christian Academy should still be riding high after a big victory, while Sneads will be looking to get back into the win column.
Last Friday, Lighthouse Private Christian Academy's game was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They secured a 19-14 W over Pike Liberal Arts.
Among those leading the charge was Jayden Bonhomme, who rushed for 90 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, and also picked up 70 receiving yards. Bonhomme was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield for a catch that went for 66 yards.
Meanwhile, Sneads fell victim to Blountstown's stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They fell 7-0 to the Tigers. After a 49-14 finish the last time they played, Sneads and Blountstown decided to play a little more cautiously this time around.
Lighthouse Private Christian Academy's win on Friday bumped their record up to 3-3. As for Sneads, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
Lighthouse Private Christian Academy was taken down by Sneads 43-14 when the teams last played back in October of 2022. Can Lighthouse Private Christian Academy avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
