After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Clay Center, Beloit was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Southeast of Saline. Beloit hasn't had any issues with Southeast of Saline recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Beloit was: they took both sets by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-14.

Vivian Thompson paced Beloit's offense, picking up five kills. Thompson were helped by Addyson Channell and Colbi Stroede, who contributed ten assists each. Stroede was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Beloit's win bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Southeast of Saline, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 15 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-15 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Beloit beat Southeast of Saline by a score of 2-1 later that day.
