Elkhart Christian Academy won the last time they faced Lakeland Christian Academy and Reid Hoober did his part to make sure it happened again. The Eagles claimed a resounding 57-24 win over the Cougars with plenty of help from Hoober, who shot 60% from the field on his way to 22 points. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 49.1% shooting accuracy.

Ace Haviland was another key player, putting up five points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. Haviland is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

Lakeland Christian Academy's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Aaron Gause, who posted eight points and six boards, and Jashawn Zielasko, who scored six points and five rebounds.

Elkhart Christian Academy's record now sits at 3-1. As for Lakeland Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.
