After losing to Columbia the last time they met, Austin decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Black Bears won by a goal and slipped past the Eagles 5-4. That's two games straight that Austin have won by just one goal.

The victory made it two in a row for Austin and bumps their season record up to 9-12-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored seven goals over those two games. As for Columbia, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.

As of now, neither Austin nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
