Basketball Recap: Reynolds Comes Up Short

Reynolds was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 80-37 loss at the hands of the Cochranton Cardinals. The Raiders lost against the Cardinals in their previous head to head back in December of 2017, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 56-45 score last time.

Reynolds' loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Cochranton, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-6.

Coming up, Reynolds will be playing at home against Wilmington at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Cochranton, they have already played their next match, an 87-55 defeat against Rocky Grove on the 4th.
