Eisenhower is 8-2 against Goddard since January of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Tigers duke it out with the Lions at 7:30 p.m.

Last Friday, Eisenhower came up short against Derby and fell 55-43. The Tigers have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

The match pitted two dominant guards against one another in Pierce Blue and Avant Riley. Riley had a solid game and posted nine points. Meanwhile, Blue did his best for the losing side, almost dropping a double-double on 19 points and nine rebounds.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Goddard beat Arkansas City 45-41 on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won four in a row.

Eisenhower's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Goddard, their victory bumped their record up to 5-11.

Everything went Eisenhower's way against Goddard when the teams last played back in January, as Eisenhower made off with a 64-43 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Eisenhower since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
