Volleyball Game Preview: St. Francis Sharks vs. Oakwood Hawks

The St. Francis Sharks will head out on the road to challenge the Oakwood Hawks at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

St. Francis can't be to happy about their upcoming road matchup considering what happened when they opened their season on the away from home on Wednesday. They fell just short of Pajaro Valley by a score of 3-2. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Meanwhile, Oakwood unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 3-1 to Anzar on Thursday.

While Oakwood ultimately came up short, they really made Anzar work, particularly in the second set. The final score came out to 25-22, 28-26, 22-25, 25-20.
