Volleyball Recap: Stone Memorial Comes Up Short

Stone Memorial saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell just short of the Farragut Admirals by a score of 2-1. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Farragut found their leader in sophomore Madelyn Kupferer, who had nine digs and two aces.

Stone Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Farragut, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Stone Memorial will be playing in front of their home fans against DeKalb County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Farragut, they have already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Bryan Station on the 22nd.
