Sharon-Mutual's Cooper Free recorded the longest rushing play in C District 1 (8 Man) this season in his game against Timberlake last week. Free ran for 92 yards on the play and finished with 154 on the day as his team beat the Tigers.
Boise City was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from sixth to fourth in the league. The Wildcats defeated Goodwell/Yarbrough 66-22 earlier in the week.
Sharon-Mutual's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Trojans feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Free has thrown for 195 yards and 4 touchdowns this season, while Ben Cooper has 8 catches for 139 yards. Free also leads the league in rushing with 650 yards.
An important game coming up in C District 1 (8 Man) this week will be when Sharon-Mutual takes on Boise City. As it stands, Chris Syms' team is in first, while Arlen Harris' team is in fourth.
Balko extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Waynoka, 20-0. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Bison.
