 Monday just wasn't the day for Easthampton/Hampshire's offense. They fell victim to a  tough 15-0 defeat at the hands of the Pioneer Valley Regional Panthers  on Monday. Easthampton/Hampshire has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 For Pioneer Valley Regional's part,  Jackson Glazier made a splash no matter where he played. He  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only two  hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. Glazier has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive pitching appearances. Glazier was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs while going 1-for-2.
 In other batting news,  Jackson Campbell and  Alex McLelland did most of the damage at the plate:  Campbell  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while going 2-for-2, while  McLelland  scored two  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.  Braeden Tsipenyuk was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while going 1-for-2.
 Easthampton/Hampshire's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Pioneer Valley Regional, they pushed their record up to 9-1 with that  victory, which was their fifth straight  at home.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Easthampton/Hampshire will take on Hopkins Academy at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Pioneer Valley Regional, they will be playing at home against Southwick Regional at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
