Volleyball Recap: Everglades Takes a Loss

Everglades was the 3-0 winner over Miramar when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Everglades took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Miramar on Thursday.

Everglades was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Miramar work for it, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 22-25, 26-24, 25-20.

Everglades' defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Miramar, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Everglades and Miramar will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time Everglades sees the court they'll take on South Plantation at 4:30 p.m. on April 2. As for Miramar, their break will end when they face Coral Glades at 4:30 p.m. on April 1.
