Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Forest Grove). Everything went their way against the Central Catholic Rams on Thursday as they made off with a 14-4 victory. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by seven runs or more this season.

Forest Grove has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Central Catholic, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Forest Grove will challenge Century at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Central Catholic, they have already played their next game, a 9-4 victory against Gresham on the 25th.
