Shadow Hills and Palm Springs are an even 4-4-2 against one another since April of 2021, but likely not for long. The Knights will be home for the holidays to greet the Indians at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Shadow Hills is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.5 goals per game this season.

On Friday, Shadow Hills earned a 3-1 win over Coachella Valley. Cameron Henschel had to tread lightly for part of the match after he was hit with a yellow card, but that was the only trouble Shadow Hills got from the refs.

Josiah Gonzalez and Isaac Gutierrez scored all three of Shadow Hills' goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Meanwhile, Palm Springs kept a clean sheet against Cathedral City on Thursday. They came out on top against the Lions by a score of 2-0. While Palm Springs didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-14-4), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Shadow Hills now has a winning record of 4-3-1. As for Palm Springs, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-0-2 record this season.

Shadow Hills beat Palm Springs 3-1 in their previous meeting back in January. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
