Denby won the last time they faced Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies and things went their way on Friday too. The Tars were the clear victors by a 21-11 margin over the Mustangs. Considering the Tars have won seven matches by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Denby has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.2 runs over those games. As for Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-7.
