Crimson Cliffs had won four straight games and Lily Jones did her part to make it five on Tuesday. The Mustangs came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Cedar Reds thanks in part to Jones, who had 22 digs and four aces. She has been hot, having posted 16 or more digs the last five times she's played.

Crimson Cliffs took Cedar into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The final score came out to 25-21, 26-24, 26-28, 22-25, 15-9.

Crimson Cliffs' victory bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Cedar, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-10.

Looking ahead, Crimson Cliffs will host Desert Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cedar, they will be taking part in a tournament against Green Canyon at 4:45 p.m. on Friday.
