Volleyball Recap: San Marcos Has No Trouble Against Travis

San Marcos had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Travis on Tuesday. The Rattlers put the hurt on the Rebels with a sharp 3-0 victory.

San Marcos walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 28-26, 25-22.

San Marcos now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Travis, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Coming up, San Marcos will square off against Eastside Early College at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Travis, they will face off against McAllen at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
