Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Los Angeles). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Diego Rivera Huskies a 14-0 shutout on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Romans in their matchups with the Huskies: they've now won four in a row.

Los Angeles pushed their record up to 7-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Diego Rivera, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-7-1.
