Softball Recap: Hayes Pacers vs. Worthington Kilbourne Wolves        
        
		
            
 In what's become a running theme this season, Hayes gave their fans yet another huge  win on Friday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Worthington Kilbourne Wolves  an   11-0 shutout. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Hayes.
  Brownynn Leighty made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only two  hits over five innings pitched. Leighty was also solid in the batter's box,  going 3-for-3 with two  RBI.
 In other batting news, Hayes got a big performance out of  Lexi McCabe, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was  Kami Pelletier-Harris, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-2.
 Hayes' victory bumped their record up to 4-5-1. As for Worthington Kilbourne, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
 Hayes will head out on the road to  square off against  Mt. Vernon at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Hayes is looking to tack on another W to their seven-game streak on the road dating back to last season. As for Worthington Kilbourne, they will  take on Westerville North at 5:15  p.m.  on Tuesday.
