Jake Barbee gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in February on Tuesday. He was unstoppable, not allowing a single earned run while striking out nine over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Barbee and Robinson will square off against Lake Norman Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 143 places lower in North Carolina), but they're not letting that get them down.
