Fort Knox was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 32nd straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 41-34 to the Cornerstone Christian Academy Bulldogs. One positive for the Eagles, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Cornerstone Christian Academy found their leader in freshman Abby Brothers, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 25 rebounds. That makes it 14 consecutive games in which Brothers has scored at least a third of Cornerstone Christian Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Georgia Webb, who posted four points along with seven boards and five steals.

Fort Knox's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Cornerstone Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-10 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fort Knox and Elizabethtown will face off at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Cornerstone Christian Academy has already played their next contest (against Presentation), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
