Thunder Basin entered their tilt with Jackson Hole on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Broncs get on the board and left with a 14-0 victory. Considering the Bolts have won ten contests by more than seven runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Paige Shaffer made a splash no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over four innings pitched. She has been consistent : she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and one double.

In other batting news, Madlyn Means was a standout: she scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Sadie Mason, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3.

Thunder Basin's win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.1 runs over those games. As for Jackson Hole, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Thunder Basin beat the Broncs by a score of 19-0 later that day.
