Big Spring extended their postseason success on Thursday against Stephenville. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Yellowjackets, sneaking past 13-11. The victory was familiar territory for the Steers, who have now won five games in a row.

The team relied heavily on Analia Hinojosa, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and four runs. Those six RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was K'Dynce Speck, who went 3-for-5 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Big Spring's win bumped their record up to 22-9. As for Stephenville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-16-1.

As of now, neither Big Spring nor the Yellowjackets have any future games scheduled.
