Westminster had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Walker Wolverines by a score of 2-0 on Saturday. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Wolverines recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Leading Westminster to victory were Munday Tyrone and Sophia Bonadies. Tyrone had 14 assists and seven digs, while Bonadies had eight digs and two assists. That's the most assists Bonadies has posted since back in October of 2024.

Coming up, Westminster will take on Atlanta Classical Academy in a tournament on Saturday. As for Walker, they will be taking part in a tournament against McEachern at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
