Soccer Recap: Marshall's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Harlan, Marshall was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They had just enough and edged the Brennan Bears out 2-1. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Rams as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Marshall's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Brennan, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1-1 and their overall record down to 6-3-1.

Marshall will square off against O'Connor at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brennan, they will take on Holmes at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Brennan is facing Holmes at the right time seeing as Holmes is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
