Volleyball Recap: Vandebilt Catholic Takes a Loss

Vandebilt Catholic lost against Mt. Carmel back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Terriers fell 2-0 to the Cubs. The Terriers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-11.

Mt. Carmel found their leader in sophomore Sarah Clement, who had 24 assists. Clement is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 19 or more in each of the last ten games she's played.

Vandebilt Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Mt. Carmel, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 17 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-2 record this season.

Vandebilt Catholic will challenge Central Lafourche at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Mt. Carmel, they will venture away from home to challenge Fontainebleau at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
