Basketball Recap: Linn County Mustangs vs. Meadville Eagles
Linn County played a tough match on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by the Meadville Eagles and fell 77-49. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 60-54 back in December of 2024.
Meadville's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Mason Dennis led the charge by dropping a double-double on 21 points and 12 rebounds. Dennis' evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Donivan Schreckhise, who almost dropped a double-double on 19 points and nine boards.
