Northland Prep Academy extended their home winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Malia Turner. Everything went the Spartans' way against the Greyhills Academy Knights on Wednesday as they made off with a 3-0 win with plenty of help from Turner, who had ten digs and two assists. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Northland Prep Academy was: they took every set by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-4, 25-8.

Northland Prep Academy's victory bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Greyhills Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-19 record this season.
