Volleyball Recap: Conemaugh Valley Gets the Win + How To Watch

Conemaugh Valley hadn't done well against Portage recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Blue Jays walked away with a 3-1 win over the Mustangs. This was a revenge game for the Blue Jays: when they faced off against the Mustangs back in September, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 23-25, 25-22, 26-24.

Conemaugh Valley can attribute much of their success to Jacey Crowe, who had 15 digs. That's the most digs Crowe has posted since back in October of 2024.

Conemaugh Valley was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. They are 2-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

Conemaugh Valley's record is now 6-11-1. As for Portage, they dropped their record down to 4-10 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
