Basketball Game Preview: East Buchanan Buccaneers vs. Starmont Stars

East Buchanan has gone 10-0 against Starmont recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The East Buchanan Buccaneers will host the Starmont Stars at 6:15 p.m. The timing is sure in East Buchanan's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Starmont has been banged up by 13 consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Last Tuesday, East Buchanan was fully in charge, breezing past Midland 71-24. The Buccaneers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 25 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Starmont had to suffer through a 69-32 loss at the hands of Calamus-Wheatland.

East Buchanan has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.5 points per game. As for Starmont, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-12.
