Basketball Recap: Lyman Falls Short of Lander Valley in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lyman can now relate to. They fell just short of the Lander Valley Tigers by a score of 55-53 on Thursday. The Eagles' loss continues a trend for the team, making it eight in a row.

Lyman's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Lander Valley, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 15-8.

While Lyman had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
