Volleyball Recap: Ogden Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Ogden made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Grantsville, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Ogden Tigers put the hurt on the Grantsville Cowboys with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 victory the Cowboys walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Ogden's got stronger as the match went on, holding Grantsville to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-17, 25-16.

Keen Crowther paced Ogden's offense, picking up 18 kills. Crowther got some help from Case Crowther and his 30 assists. Aiden Holbrook controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

The win (which was Ogden's fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-4. As for Grantsville, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ogden will welcome Utah Military Academy - Hill Field at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Grantsville, they will face off against Morgan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
