Softball Recap: Holy Redeemer Royals vs. Wyoming Area Warriors

After losing to Wyoming Area the last time they met, Holy Redeemer decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Royals walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Warriors on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Royals.

Anne Carter was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one double and one RBI. Those three hits gave her a new career-high.
