Soccer Game Preview: Kenwood vs. East Hickman County

The Kenwood Knights will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against the East Hickman County Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Kenwood is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Clarksville Academy. Kenwood's defense stepped up to hand Clarksville Academy a 7-0 shutout on Monday. The Knights have beaten the Cougars the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Cougars has come to flipping the script.

Kenwood's offense was hitting Clarksville Academy from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Tumaini Murokore led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, East Hickman County and McEwen finished up their contest with a 2-2 draw on Monday.
