Volleyball Recap: Santana Triumphs

Santana saw some tournament action on Friday. They came out on top against the Southwest SD Raiders by a score of 2-0.

Riley Hoagland paced Santana's offense, picking up 12 kills. Hoagland got some help from Caleb Miller and his 20 assists. Finally, Jamari Greenberg kept Santana's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

The victory got Santana back to even at 2-2. As for Southwest SD, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.

Santana has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Mission Bay on the 14th. As for Southwest SD, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against School for Entrepreneurship & Technology on the 14th.
