Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bridge City). They blew past the West Orange-Stark Mustangs 21-1 on Tuesday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Cardinals with their most commanding win of the season.

Bridge City's victory bumped their record up to 6-4-1. As for West Orange-Stark, their loss dropped their record down to 10-4-2.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cardinals duke it out with the Lions at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. Lake Creek will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Bridge City surely won't give up without a fight.
