Baseball Recap: Governor Thomas Johnson Takes a Loss

Governor Thomas Johnson lost against North Hagerstown back in May of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Governor Thomas Johnson took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of North Hagerstown. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kaden Hnath made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole four bases while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was Miles Hyatt, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and one double.

Governor Thomas Johnson now has a losing record of 1-2. North Hagerstown has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
