Softball Recap: J.Z. George Takes a Loss

J.Z. George lost against Sebastopol last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The J.Z. George Jaguars might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 20-1 to the Sebastopol Bobcats, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

J.Z. George's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Sebastopol, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. J.Z. George will challenge Humphreys County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Sebastopol, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Sebastopol Bobcats challenge Southeast Lauderdale Tigers at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Southeast Lauderdale is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8 runs per game this season.
