Labette County posted their closest win since September 20th on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Prairie View Buffalos. For the Grizzlies, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 win the Buffalos walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Labette County got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-20, 18-25, 25-18.

Labette County's victory bumped their record up to 10-21. As for Prairie View, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-21.

Labette County has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Burlington on the 11th. As for Prairie View, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Iola on the 11th.
