Aquinas waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Hephzibah Rebels. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Fightin' Irish also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Aquinas took both sets by at least 16 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-7.

Aquinas' victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Hephzibah, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Aquinas has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Westside on the 28th. Hephzibah has also already played their next contest (against Cross Creek), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
