After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Central Woodstock, Strasburg was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over the Stonewall Jackson Generals. The high-scoring effort was just what Strasburg needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Strasburg is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those six games. As for Stonewall Jackson, they dropped their record down to 2-6-1 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.
