Basketball Recap: Boyceville Comes Up Short

Boyceville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 82-54 to the Ladysmith Lumberjacks, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 410th, while the Lumberjacks are ranked 143rd).

Boyceville's defeat dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Ladysmith, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Boyceville nor Ladysmith have any future games scheduled.
