Basketball Recap: New Hope Takes a Loss

New Hope played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 66-26 loss at the hands of the Plainview Bears. The Indians were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-12.

New Hope's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Plainview, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record this season.

New Hope will host Susan Moore at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Plainview, they will venture away from home to face off against Gadsden City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
