Soccer Recap: Sharpstown Takes a Loss

After soaring to eight goals the game before, Sharpstown was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They fell 3-1 to the Milby Buffs. The Apollos were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Buffs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Sharpstown's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-3. As for Milby, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Sharpstown will head out to face off against Spring Woods at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Milby, they are taking a road trip to challenge Galena Park at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
