Baseball Recap: Legend Comes Up Short

Legend was the 10-0 winner over Highlands Ranch when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Titans fell 7-2 to the Falcons on Monday.

Legend saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Combest, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Legend has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Highlands Ranch, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Coincidentally, Legend and Highlands Ranch will both be playing Regis Jesuit the next time they take the field. The Falcons will host the Raiders at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Titans will head out to face them at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
