Anacortes has gone a perfect 6-0 against Orcas Island recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Seahawks will head out to challenge the Vikings at 1:00 p.m. Orcas Island took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Anacortes, who comes in off a win.

Anacortes headed into their last game having not scored more than two runs for three straight, but Blaine let them put that streak behind them. The Seahawks were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Borderites on Tuesday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Seahawks' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Meanwhile, Orcas Island scored the most runs they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 28-24 hit to the loss column at the hands of South Whidbey. The Vikings just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Anacortes pushed their record up to 8-10 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.8 runs over those games. As for Orcas Island, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-13.

Anacortes took their victory against Orcas Island in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 21-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Seahawks since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
