Volleyball Recap: Calloway County Comes Up Short

If Calloway County was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Hickman County on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lakers fell 2-0 to the Christian County Colonels on Saturday. The Lakers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Colonels from their previous meeting back in September of 2016.

Calloway County's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Christian County, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Calloway County has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Kirkwood on the 23rd. As for Christian County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Union County on the 23rd.
