Meanwhile, John Champe was beaten by Broad Run 75-37 on Saturday. The Knights have struggled against the Spartans recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Rock Ridge's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for John Champe, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.

Rock Ridge was able to grind out a solid victory over John Champe in their previous matchup back in February, winning 44-37. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Phoenix since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
