Softball Game Preview: Elmwood Park Tigers vs. Fenton Bison

The Elmwood Park Tigers will take on the Fenton Bison at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Elmwood Park has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since the 10th.

Elmwood Park came up short against Payton College Prep on Saturday, falling 13-6.

Isabel Hall made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Ava Bowser was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Fenton wound up with the same score they had in their last game (13-3), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.

Fenton's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Elmwood Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.

Elmwood Park took their win against Fenton in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 14-3 score. Do the Tigers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bison turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
