Lamar barely beat Cassville the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Tigers blew past the Wildcats 3-0 on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Lamar took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-15, 25-8.

Calli Harris paced Lamar's offense, picking up ten kills. Harris got some help from Rowan Parks and her nine assists. Harris was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Lamar's victory bumped their record up to 15-4-2. As for Cassville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6-1.

Coming up, Lamar will challenge Seneca at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cassville, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Hillcrest on the 27th.
